WE ARE a youth-led initiative that seeks to inform and mobilize immigrant youth in the LGBTT2IQQ community to build a sustained movement that will ensure access to essential services for all queer youth regardless of their immigration status.
JOIN THE MOVEMENT build a sanctuary city where essential services such as housing and education will be accessible to all immigrants REGARDLESS OF IMMIGRATION STATUS. We understand that as queer migrant youth, we face many obstacles of living in a world that is not ready for us, and as migrants, the inaccessibility to services as well as the fear of deportation adds on to our day to day struggles. STOP THE FEAR! BUILD A SANCTUARY CITY.
If you are and immigrant youth who identifies as LGBT2IQQ and is seeking to register in school, access social services, health services or other essential services, then THIS IS FOR YOU! We will be conducting workshops, educational presentations, and information sharing. This is our city the Queer Youth Migrant Project is our way to reclaim it.
